If you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right for you. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EST. Any emails or messages left after hours or during the weekend will be returned the next business day. Return + Refund Policies

Arvizu’s Gold is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. We’ll do our best so you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your piece, please contact info@arvizusgold.com to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We understand that every piece of gold is valuable. For this reason, we strongly recommend to insure your return for the full price of the piece. This way you’ll be worry free if it gets lost in the shipping. Arvizu’s Gold is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
  • You can’t return or exchange custom-designed merchandise, or any personalized engraved merchandise.

 Shipping Policy

 Please allow between 3 days to a week for your piece of jewelry to arrive.  Most orders are ready to ship within 1-3 days of ordering. If you want a ring to be sized or a bracelet to be enlarged by adding some extra loops, please allow 3-4 extra days to have it done and then ready to ship. 

Exchange Policy

We don’t offer direct exchanges through the site.  If you’d like to exchange a product, we will refund you the cost and you will have to place a new order online through our website.

Jewelry Care 

  • All Arvizu’s Gold pieces are 14KT gold. NOT PLATED OR FILLED. It’s real 14K gold, and it is important to us that any jewelry purchased through arvizusgold.com maintains it’s high quality throughout the years. 
  • We recommend cleaning as often as needed using a polishing cloth or a soft cotton cloth to keep its shine.  Please keep in mind, due to personal pH levels of peoples’ skin and the frequency of wear, some jewelry may become dirty or loose it’s bright color. It’ll only require a new polishing to look astonishing again.  
  •  We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming.
  • Please note Arvizu’s Gold will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur by forgoing the above recommendations.

Repair Policy

To request a repair, please use our email and be sure to include:

  • Contact name
  • Telephone number
  • Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)
  • A clear description of the problem
  • A picture of the damaged area

Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize the repair. 

The first time a piece requires repair, Arvizu’s Gold will cover for that and it will be free of charge for the customer. The customer will only pay for the shipping of the item repaired.

If the same piece requieres more repairs in the future, all costs will be covered by the customer, including repair and shipping. 

Price Policy

Arvizu’s Gold reserves the right to change the price of any piece of gold sold in its website according to market fluctuations without prior announcement.
